शुल्क वापसी की नीति
At Zerozon, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery of quality products in collaboration with BR31 Restaurant.
Due to the nature of quick commerce and perishable items, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, or missing item, you must report it within 30 minutes of delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following cases
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or spoiled product
- Missing item from order
To request a refund, please contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and clear photo or video proof.
After verification, refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
Refund Mode
- Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method
- Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer
Non Refundable Cases
- Delay in delivery due to external conditions
- Incorrect address or unavailability of customer
- Change of mind after order is placed
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not allowed.
We reserve the right to deny refunds in case of misuse or repeated false claims.
